Shop Policies

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL, but remakes and discounts on your next order are options. 

 

  • Once an order is placed, please allow 1 whole week for processing and shipping. I have a full time job, so I may not be able to make/ship your order the same day you place it. 
  • For CUSTOM orders, please be mindful that it may take 7-14 days instead of the typical 6-12 days to receive your order. 
  • Please ensure you provide the correct name and shipping information; if there are errors and the order is returned to me, you will be liable to pay for the reshipment. 

 

  • I am not liable for lost or damaged purchases in transit; please file a claim with the mail courier.
    • If the candle glass arrives broken or the wax is moderately to wholly melted, I am willing to remake the candle for a significantly reduced price :)

 

  •  CANDLE CARE: Please follow all of the usual precautions when burning a candle in your home.
    • DO: Trim the wick by 1/4 before lighting each time, including the initial lighting. If the wick on your original candle wick is already cut very short, feel free not to cut it before the initial burn. 
    • DO NOT: leave candles unattended, burn on flammable surfaces or near flammable objects, burn for longer than 2-3 hour intervals,   
    • I AM NOT responsible for any burns or fires resulting from misuse or improper candle care.
